The staff were super helpful, and they helped us book a fantastic trip to the imperial citadel. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast had a good selection, and we loved the comfy rooms.
One downside was that the mini fridge in our room didn’t cool our drinks effectively, which was a bit disappointing after long days out.
